As Creative Manager for Tim Ho Wan Katy’s major social accounts, I led the creative direction and content strategy. My work focused on end-to-end creative direction, from brand research, creative direction, and scriptwriting to post-production oversight and campaign execution.
I also worked closely with cross-functional teams throughout the process, keeping content cohesive and production quality consistent at every stage. In parallel, I collaborated with Tim Ho Wan Katy's international market team to incorporate headquarters-level strategy into locally grounded content, making sure the brand's core identity stayed authentic across every execution.

The redirection focused on balancing heritage and freshness: Honoring Tim Ho Wan's identity as a Michelin-recognized Hong Kong dim sum institution, while reimagining its visual and narrative language to feel culturally alive and relevant to local diners.
